Wax Specialist/ Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will provide exceptional customer service and perform various treatments to enhance the appearance and well-being of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, be knowledgeable in the latest skincare techniques, and have experience with full body waxing (we do not do male bikinis, etc.) Experience in derma-plane, peels, microcurrent, radio frequency, led & lashes are preferred. Duties:

• Facials – A full complement of facial services, including customized treatments, peels, and dermaplaning.

• Waxing – Full-body waxing expertise, including Brazilians.

• Body Treatments – Ability to perform body wraps, body exfoliation treatments, and light full-body massage.

• Skin Care Knowledge – A strong understanding of skincare and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens.

• Team Player – We value professionalism, punctuality, dependability, and a positive attitude in our collaborative spa environment.

Qualifications:

- Must be licensed as an Esthetician in the state of Indiana.
- Have a strong background in cosmetology and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Experience with tattooing and barbering is preferred.
- Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment and dermabrasion is a must.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MANGOMINT and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.86 - $28.15 per hour
