Compensation & Career Growth

• First-Year Waxers: Earn $30,000 – $40,000 annually (based on 40 hours/week)
• Senior Waxers: $40,000 – $50,000+ potential
• Flexible scheduling & consistent hours

What You’ll Need

• Must hold a valid license in one of the following:

Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Skin Care Specialist, or Waxer

• Willingness to perform waxing services for men, women, and teens
• Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Do

• Deliver services using our exclusive Uni K Wax techniques and policies
• Educate clients on aftercare and skincare products
• Promote our services and retail to enhance the customer experience
• Contribute to daily studio operations, cleanliness, and upkeep
• Represent and uphold the Uni K Wax brand with pride and enthusiasm
