Waxing Specialist

The Waxed Honey is a growing, client focused waxing salon known for high quality services, strong client relationships, and a supportive team environment. We are currently a team of 5 and expanding intentionally to maintain our service standards and client experience.

We are looking for a motivated Wax Specialist who wants long term growth, hands on training, and a clear path to becoming a full time team member.

This is not a “jump in and figure it out” position.

We are hiring a Wax Specialist who is:

All new hires start in a paid hourly training phase, focusing on:

• Service quality and consistency
• Speed and efficiency
• Client communication and retention

Once benchmarks are met, you will transition into hourly + commission with higher earning potential.

• Perform waxing services

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional client experience
• Rebook and build client retention
• Support team operations and daily flow
