Job Description:

We are seeking talented and dedicated to join our sales and order management team. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing customer communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Shopify, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and Shopify

* Provide detailed information about clothing products, offers, and promotions

* Confirm and process customer orders accurately

* Verify delivery details and coordinate with courier companies for timely dispatch

* Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers to generate sales

* Handle order-related queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

* Prior experience in customer dealing, tele-calling, or e-commerce support

* Strong communication and sales skills (verbal and written)

* Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media tools, and Shopify systems

* Knowledge of courier and logistics processes preferred

* Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
