Job Requirements:

• Education: B.Com
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Industry Experience: Direct experience working in the Real Estate / Housing Sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and ledgers.
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, installment plans, and recovery payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle tax filings, payroll, and coordinate with bank officials.
