We Are Hiring – Chat Support & Sales Agent

Location: Main Canal road, Nayapull stop, Lahore
Company: Real Beauty (E-commerce Brand)

Real Beauty is looking for a smart and confident Chat Support & Sales Agent who can handle customer queries and convert conversations into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Chat Support

• Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, social media, and chat platforms
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, and offers
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers

Sales Conversion

• Guide customers in selecting the right products according to their needs
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders
• Follow up with interested customers to increase sales

Order Coordination

• Take complete customer order details
• Ensure correct information is passed to the operations team for processing

Requirements

• Good communication and sales skills
• Ability to convince customers and close sales
• Previous experience in an e-commerce brand is a plus point
• Experience with skincare or beauty brands will be considered a strong advantage
• Basic computer skills

Working Conditions

• Shift: Rotational (Day or Night)
• Weekly Off: 1 day off per week as per roster
