We are expanding our team and seeking skilled and passionate Nail Technicians with expertise in Russian manicure techniques to contribute to our high-standard service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Russian dry technique with precision and advanced skill in all nail services.
• Deliver professional-level nail extensions, gel polish application, overlays, and detailed nail designs.
• Ensure complete hygiene, sterilization, and safety compliance at all times.
• Achieve exceptional client service results and build long-term customer relationships.
• Confidently participate in promotional content creation and on-camera activities when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support a strong team environment.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Proven experience and specialization in Russian nail techniques is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of professional salon experience in the UAE or abroad.
• Strong creativity, technical accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and professionalism.
• Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
