Job Description

We are hiring a confident, presentable, and organized Female Receptionist / HR Assistant to manage reception and support administrative & HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk

  • Welcome visitors & handle client queries professionally
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communication
  • Maintain reception area & meeting room schedules

HR Record Maintenance

  • Maintain employee attendance & leave records
  • Update and organize employee files
  • Assist in recruitment (interview scheduling & follow-ups)
  • Support onboarding & other HR tasks

Administrative & Office Support

  • Filing, data entry & document management
  • Office supplies inventory & record keeping
  • Coordinate couriers and dispatch
  • Assist in events, trainings & meetings

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Intermediate/Bachelor’s preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office & email communication
  • Strong communication skills (English + Urdu)
  • Smart, punctual & well-presented
