We are Hiring __ HR Executive

Grant Manpower Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid HR knowledge, hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment. Experience in the BPO industry will be an added advantage.

Location: Lahore (Gulberg 2)

Timings: Mon–Fri, Summer:1PM – 10 PM, Winters: 2 PM -10PM
Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 130,000
Experienced candidates: Competitive salary (open depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle end-to-end HR operations
. Conduct recruitment for various roles (BPO experience preferred)
. Support onboarding/offboarding processes
. Assist in employee relations and engagement activities
. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance

Requirements:

. At least 3+ years of professional HR experience
. RPO hiring or BPO industry exposure is a big plus
. Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
