Regate Real Estate LLC is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing luxury real estate team in Dubai.

We specialize in premium residential and investment properties across Dubai’s most prestigious communities, including Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and strong company support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Create marketing strategies to generate leads
• Provide professional advice throughout the transaction process

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year as Property Consultant/Agent
• Real estate experience is a must
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong customer service skills
