WE WILL TRAIN - HVAC Maintenance Technician

Fontana Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is a full-service residential HVAC company specializing in maintenance, service, repair, upgrades, and system replacement.

We focus on providing solutions that extend the life of air conditioning systems and deliver long-term value to our clients.

We proudly serve the Greater Tampa Bay area, including Polk, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties. Our mission is simple — to earn a client for life.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing Service Division.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system performance issues
• Provide repair recommendations that meet client needs
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Support service operations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass:
• Criminal background screening
• Motor vehicle records check
• Drug screening
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
