Wealth Client Service Associate

Lead Advisor is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for a client based in Midtown Manhattan but open to a hybrid schedule.



Core Responsibilities

· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

· Coordinate and execute onboarding of new clients, including account setup, documentation collection, CRM entry, and ensuring a seamless transition into the firm

· Coordinate and schedule client meetings in accordance with the firm segmentation and service model

· Prepare and review client meeting materials to ensure all supporting documents and deliverables are complete and organized in advance of client meetings

· Coordinate responses to inbound client communications by addressing account and policy related inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member for resolution

· Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM records in accordance with Helios Capital Partners’ guidelines and procedures

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software

· Proficient in Microsoft CRM or related software

· Full time – hybrid role

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s degree ideally in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent work experience

· Life, Accident and Health license and FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses

Preferred

· 2-5 years in wealth management or investment management industry

Salary Range

· $60K-$85K plus bonus (depending on experience)
