We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing Mid-West team. Candidates must be willing to work from one of our office locations in Novi, Michigan; Oakbrook, Illinois; or St. George, Utah.

Your Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in delivering exceptional investment and planning services to our clients. You will work alongside senior advisors and planning teams to help develop, organize, and present financial strategies. This role is intended to equip candidates with the education and support needed to accelerate their development into a successful advisor within the firm.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Prepare quarterly investment review materials
  • Analyze and organize financial data for current clients and prospective clients
  • Construct investment proposals and recommendations
  • Prepare components of comprehensive financial plans
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior advisors

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (finance or related field preferred)
  • Experience in finance or financial services is a plus, but not required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Coachable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
