Job Overview

Lion Brick Wealth is seeking an experienced and client-focused Wealth Management Director to lead our wealth advisory services and drive portfolio growth for high-net-worth clients. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in investment management, financial planning, and client relationship development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base while delivering tailored financial solutions that meet long-term wealth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients through strong relationship management and business development
• Provide expert advice on investments, asset allocation, estate planning, and risk management
• Monitor market trends and adjust investment strategies to optimize portfolio performance
• Lead and mentor a team of wealth advisors and financial professionals
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and tax advisors
• Drive business growth through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Prepare and present financial reports, portfolio reviews, and client updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory
• Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios and delivering strong financial results
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and risk management strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality
• Experience in the GCC financial market is a strong advantage
