We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Director to lead and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients. The role is responsible for developing tailored wealth solutions, driving new business, deepening existing client relationships, and ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management or private banking, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver premium client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.
• Develop customized investment and wealth solutions.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and prepare financial proposals.
• Collaborate with private banking, compliance, and product teams.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management and sales skills.
• Solid knowledge of investments, wealth planning, and financial products.
• CFA/CFP preferred.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Pay: QAR250.00 - QAR350.00 per hour
