Wealth Management Director
The Wealth Management Director leads the wealth management function, overseeing client relationships, advisor performance, business growth, and strategic execution. The role is responsible for developing high-net-worth client portfolios, driving revenue, and ensuring delivery of tailored financial advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage wealth management teams, including private bankers, wealth advisors, trust specialists, and investment consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Drive growth in assets under management, revenue, and client acquisition.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and long-term strategies for the division.
- Coordinate across banking, investment, trust, and lending teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Monitor performance, coach team members, and manage hiring, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with banking, investment, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or financial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client-facing professionals.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, lending, trust, and estate planning.
- Excellent relationship management, business development, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience serving HNW and UHNW clients.
- Strong commercial judgment and budget ownership.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines.
- Advanced communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: QAR115.00 - QAR460.00 per hour
