We’re looking for “Wealth Management Growth Specialist” who will be working in Wealth Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer journeys and developing relevant scenarios; defining trigger events required for campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance and developing optimization recommendations
• Collaborating with IT, data and analytics teams to monitor and ensure healthy operation of event stream flows
• Preparing campaign reports & analyzing segment performance and suggesting actions where needed
• Working closely with the Campaign Management, Channel Management, Customer Experience and Product teams
• Analyzing industry, competition, and market trends
• Creating, managing, and tracking the monthly campaign communication calendar (SMS, Push Notifications, Pop-up, E-mail)
• Ensurin close cross-functional coordination with the marketing team on ATL & BTL communications

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Analytics or related majors
• +3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fintech or banking experience is a plus,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills is a plus,
• Strong track record of handling business end-to-end and delivering tangible business results,
• Multi-task management and creative problem-solving skill
