Position Overview
The Relationship Manager & Executive Assistant will serve a dual role, facilitating strong client relationships while ensuring seamless administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, preparing relevant materials and following up on action items.
- Update and maintain the firm's CRM and client files
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Executive Assistance
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with project management for internal initiatives and client-related projects.
- Maintain confidential files and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, health care administration, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
