We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Wealth Relationship Manager to drive our

wealth management business with a strong focus on B2B partnerships and HNI/corporate

client acquisition. The candidate will play a vital role in expanding the company’s network,

managing client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 B2B Business Development: Acquire and manage channel partners to expand business

reach and revenue.

 Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard HNI and corporate clients for

investment portfolio management.

 Cross-Selling: Promote and sell a wide range of financial products including health

insurance, motor insurance, life insurance, loans, and other investment solutions.

 Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales, revenue, and business growth

targets.

 Portfolio Support: Assist in handling and monitoring client investment portfolios in

coordination with wealth experts.

 Sales Promotion: Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities to enhance visibility

and client engagement.

 Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional

networks with partners and clients.

 MIS & Reporting: Prepare and publish regular business reports, MIS, and performance

analysis.

 Data Analytics: Perform data mining, client profiling, and market segmentation to

identify growth opportunities.

 Operational Support: Carry out other business/official tasks as assigned by

management.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.

 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

 Logical aptitude with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

 High level of commercial awareness and understanding of wealth/investment products.

 Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.

 In-depth knowledge of the local market and geography.

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

 1+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment

advisory.

 Exposure to B2B business development and HNI/corporate client handling will be highly

preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

 Salary Package: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives).

 Lucrative incentive structure linked to acquisition targets and revenue generation.
