Wealthbox / Redtail CRM Implementer (Financial Advisory Firms)

Job Description

We are hiring a CRM Implementer with hands-on experience in Wealthbox and/or Redtail within a financial advisory firm (RIA or broker-dealer).

This is a project-based execution role, not a strategy or consulting position. You will be responsible for building workflows and implementing structured processes inside CRM systems using defined frameworks and training.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows in Wealthbox and/or Redtail
• Implement processes for:
• Client onboarding
• Account transfers
• Money movement
• Ongoing client service
• Configure task templates, pipelines, and automation
• Execute CRM clean-up and data organization
• Follow structured SOPs and Loom-based training
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across implementations

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Experience working inside a financial advisory firm (RIA, IBD, or similar)
• Hands-on use of Wealthbox or Redtail CRM
• Experience building or supporting workflows (not just data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to: Schwab, Fidelity, LPL ClientWorks
• Experience supporting advisors or client service operations
• Familiarity with Orion, Tamarac, AssetMark, SEI (a plus)

Compensation

• $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
• Project-based work with consistent volume for strong performers

• This is not a full-time salaried role
• This is not a general virtual assistant position
• Candidates without financial services CRM experience will not be considered

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
