Fresher & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain weaving machines efficiently.
• Monitor loom performance and fabric quality.
• Carry out routine maintenance and adjustments.
• Ensure timely production with minimal downtime.
• Report any mechanical or fabric faults to maintenance team.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Textile Technology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in weaving (Airjet / Rapier / Shuttle looms preferred).
• Good knowledge of machine settings and fabric construction.

Skills Required:

• Technical understanding of weaving operations.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.
