Edvanta is scaling its analytics practice across our websites and partner properties. We are hiring a hands-on specialist to build and maintain a reliable analytics stack that helps our teams make clear, data-backed decisions.


Responsibilities


  • Own the end-to-end tracking plan for web and app surfaces. Translate business questions into events, parameters, and KPIs.

  • Define clean, extensible data layer schemas and coordinate with developers to implement them across properties.

  • Configure and maintain GTM containers, both client-side and server-side. Set up tags, triggers, variables, custom templates, and consent settings.

  • Implement and QA GA4 across multiple properties, including event mapping, custom dimensions, audiences, conversions, and cross-domain tracking.

  • Manage BigQuery export from GA4. Validate data, write SQL to troubleshoot issues, and support downstream reporting.

  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Configure and analyze Microsoft Clarity. Turn heat-maps and session recordings into actionable insights.

  • Partner with marketing teams to run A/B tests in Adobe Target.

  • Create analytics decks and weekly reports that highlight trends, anomalies, and recommendations.


  • Establish QA checklists and alerting for releases.


Requirements

Must-have skills


  • Practical knowledge of GA4 and GTM, including data layer design and event modeling.

  • Experience with GTM server-side setup and maintenance. Familiarity with Cloud Run, App Engine is a plus.

  • Strong testing and debugging habits. Comfort with browser dev tools, network requests, and common analytics QA workflows.

  • Working knowledge of BigQuery and basic SQL for validation and analysis.

  • Ability to translate findings into clear business recommendations.

  • Comfortable coordinating with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.


Good to have


  • Experience with Adobe Target activities and reporting.

  • Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms’ Conversion APIs.

  • JavaScript fundamentals for writing custom HTML tags and parsers.

  • Experience with UTM governance and campaign taxonomy.


  • Exposure to server-side tagging architectures, caching, and security.
