Web and Digital Media Executive

The Web and Digital Media Executive is responsible for overseeing the organization’s digital infrastructure, management systems, online platforms, and social media presence. This role ensures the seamless functionality of websites, mobile applications, and OTA platforms while driving digital marketing activities and providing technical IT support to resorts and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Platform Management

• Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s websites to ensure they are secure, responsive, and user-friendly.
• Optimize website performance and SEO while performing regular updates, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Manage web hosting, domain registrations, DNS configurations, and SSL certificates.
• Configure and maintain official email accounts and ensure maximum server uptime.

2. Hospitality Systems & OTA Operations

• Provide technical and functional support for Hotel Management Software across all resorts.
• Support the implementation and final 30% development phase of new hotel management software.
• Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms, including rate updates, inventory synchronization, and booking operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and performance of iOS and Android mobile applications.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Design creative social media posts and perform video editing for marketing activities.
• Manage content calendars to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media and website analytics to optimize marketing performance.

4. IT Support & Data Security

• Perform scheduled backups of websites, databases, and software systems to ensure data protection.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime during technical incidents.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues at resorts and departments.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and conduct staff training sessions for system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in web development, server management, and digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO tools, and basic graphic/video editing software.
• Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to manage multiple technical and creative projects simultaneously.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
