About The Role

We are seeking a Web and Graphic Design Manager to join Studio AMC, our in-house agency. This role is responsible for supporting website management, graphic design, analytics, paid advertising, and digital marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of association clients. The ideal candidate balances creativity with analytical thinking and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

This is a hybrid role requiring one day per month onsite for employees who reside within 50 miles of the Schaumburg, IL office.

Responsibilities:

Website Management & Analytics (45%)

  • Update, manage, and optimize client websites built on WordPress and Joomla
  • Implement content updates, page builds, plugin management, and basic site enhancements
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics, including GA4 configurations
  • Configure campaign tracking, including UTM parameters and goal tracking
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track website and campaign performance
  • Ensure websites follow SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical or performance issues

Graphic Design & Creative Support (35%)

  • Support graphic design projects across digital and print channels
  • Create and adapt visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Resize, format, and prepare assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and ads
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency across all client materials
  • Organize and manage creative files and assets

Digital Marketing (20%)

  • Set up, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., search, social, display)
  • Support integrated digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and web initiatives
  • Apply SEO and GEO best practices to campaign strategy, content, and website updates
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization
  • Prepare and deliver campaign reporting with clear insights and actionable takeaways

Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with Studio AMC team and clients
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and timelines clearly with internal teams

Experience And Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
  • Proven experience working with WordPress and Joomla
  • Hands-on experience setting up and executing digital ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO and GEO best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboards
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign
  • Experience supporting or contributing to graphic design projects
  • Design portfolio required (professional, freelance, or agency work)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with association or nonprofit clients a plus
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Informz, Constant Contact) a plus
  • Physical: primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended computer use. Work involves sitting, talking, hearing, and typing, with visual acuity required for keyboard usage, data analysis, and computer terminal operation. Occasional light lifting may be necessary. Compensation:

  • $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Within this range, individual pay is determined by relevant factors, including job-related skills, experience, market data, work location, and education or training.

Location:

  • This is a hybrid role in Schaumburg, IL. Employees who reside within 50 miles of the office are expected to work onsite one day per month. At times, there may be circumstances that require additional visits to the office.
  • Candidates who live more than 50 miles from the office, including in and out of IL, may be considered for a remote opportunity. Out of state applicants may be eligible for hire, depending on the state in which they reside.
  • Applicants must be located and authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. We are not able to sponsor candidates requiring work authorization.
