Web & App Coordinator

faceGulf is a leading media company connecting global audiences through innovative digital platforms. We are seeking a detail-oriented and design-savvy Web & App Coordinator to oversee the daily management of our website and mobile application.

Role Overview:
The Web & App Coordinator will act as the bridge between design and development teams, ensuring smooth daily operations of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is not a developer but has strong technical awareness, an eye for design, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, designers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily updates and maintenance of the website and mobile application
• Review and test platform features to ensure smooth functionality and user experience
• Communicate effectively with developers to prioritize and resolve technical issues
• Work closely with the design team to implement Figma files and ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate content uploads, banners, and UI/UX adjustments
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements
• Ensure deadlines are met for new releases, fixes, and updates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing websites, apps, or digital platforms
• Familiarity with Figma and ability to understand design handoffs
• Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms (without being a developer)
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and usability
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital media, hospitality, or corporate environments
• Knowledge of CMS systems or basic web management tools
• Interest in design, technology, and digital trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Social Media Specialist : 3 years (Preferred)
