About the Role

Seeking a highly skilled Web & App Developer with full-stack expertise to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience taking projects from concept to deployment, including web dashboards and admin portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build full-stack web applications and dashboards using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Work on API integration, backend development, and database management with MongoDB.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement Figma workflows and convert designs into responsive, interactive applications.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation, version control, and testing pipelines.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of projects from architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills

• Front-End: React.js, React Native, responsive UI development
• Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs
• Database: MongoDB, data modeling, optimization
• Full Stack: MERN stack experience
• Scoti.io: Typically used for real-time coding evaluations
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS deployment and maintenance
• Design Collaboration: Figma workflow integration, UI/UX collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting: skills are a key requirement, with the ability to independently analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI tools for automation, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement.
• Other: Version control (Git), testing frameworks, agile development

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web & app development.
• Proven track record of developing complete apps from scratch to production.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization is a MANDATORY

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
