Web Applications Support Analyst

One of our clients in the government domain is seeking a Web Applications Support Analyst to support web and SharePoint applications. Requires excellent communication and documentation skills as well as the ability to interact directly with application users to elicit requirements and support applications. The contract is for 3 months. Work to occur in a flexible hybrid model - generally 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.

Required Skills:

    College degree or equivalent technical study - 4 Years Experience with technical support and projects - 6 Years Utilize configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and other environment-specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement solutions Code enhancement and development programs and/or required fixes to production problems using functional and technical programming standards Research problems before approaching the Team Lead or Functional Architect for assistance Work with users to understand business requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs Plan all required process steps Review and understand the Application Team’s workplan Provide the status of work to the Team Lead Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and the Application Team’s work; develop contingency plans as necessary Engage in an ongoing process improvement Detailed functional and process knowledge Provide excellent system documentation Proactively propose changes/updates to solutions
