Web Consultant

• Make outbound calls to UK/AUS/USA prospects using dialer systems
• Pitch and sell Website Development, Mobile App Development, AI solutions, and Digital Marketing (SEO/PPC/Social)
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and handle objections professionally
• Generate qualified leads/transfers/appointments and support closures
• Maintain strong follow-up and update lead status in CRM/Sheets
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets consistently

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year in International outbound calling / BPO sales / IT services sales
• Dialer experience is a must (auto/manual dialer)
• Excellent communication skills (spoken English, confidence, persuasion)
• Knowledge/exposure to Websites, Apps, AI, and Digital Marketing services
• Strong sales mindset, positive attitude, and target orientation
• Basic CRM/Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Performance Expectations

• Must be able to achieve Monthly & Quarterly targets
• Consistent performance in outbound calling metrics (calls, conversions, transfers/closures)
