Web Consultant / Telecaller / CCE / International Bpo

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Web Consultant to engage with business owners via phone and email, presenting information about our organization’s digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients to introduce and explain company services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle to onboard new clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify and mitigate business risks.
• Maintain strong and productive client relationships while addressing their requirements efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (HS) pass or above.
• English medium schooling is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in the website sales or website-related process preferred.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
