Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Web CRM & Mobile App Developer to develop and manage a real-estate based CRM system for handling properties, units, clients, sales, payments, and recovery, along with future mobile app development (Android & iOS). The candidate should understand real estate workflows and be able to convert them into scalable digital solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate CRM Development

• Develop and maintain a real estate based web CRM
• Manage projects, properties (residential & commercial), units, plots
• Implement client, dealer & agent management
• Develop booking, installment, recovery & payment modules
• Build automated payment reminders (SMS/Email/WhatsApp)
• Create real-time reports & dashboards
• Implement role-based access (Admin, Sales, Accounts)

Mobile App Development (Future Scope)

• Develop Android & iOS apps for real estate CRM
• Sync mobile apps with CRM backend APIs
• Enable client & agent login via mobile app
• Implement push notifications & alerts

Required Technical SkillsBackend

• PHP (Laravel) OR Node.js (Express / NestJS)
• RESTful API development
• Authentication & security (JWT, roles & permissions)

Frontend (Web)

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• React.js / Vue.js / Angular
• Admin panels & dashboards

Mobile App

• Flutter OR React Native
• API integration & state management

Database

• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Handling large real estate datasets

Other Skills

• Git & version control
• Third-party integrations (Payment gateways, SMS APIs)
• Basic deployment & server handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate CRM / ERP systems
• Understanding of property management & recovery workflows
• SaaS-based application experience (plus point)
