Web Design/ App Creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Web Design/ App Creator to join our dynamic team. This role involves maintaining our existing website and developing user-friendly applications that align with modern digital standards. Duties

• Manage website content through content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint while maintaining site integrity and security.
• Maintain existing website by performing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards.
• Develop user friendly applications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, web development, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX), Bootstrap, React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint; experience with website maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with data analysis skills using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for performance optimization.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles to create inclusive digital experiences.
• Ability to work with various programming languages including Python, PHP, SQL/MySQL for backend development tasks.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies such as email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
