Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to design and maintain our clients’ websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design, user experience (UX), and front-end development. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and content creators to bring concepts to life that are both aesthetically appealing and functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design & Layout: Design and update modern, responsive websites using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS tools.
• UI/UX Development: Create intuitive user interfaces and user journeys with a focus on mobile-first design.
• Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates, bug fixes, security checks, and improvements on active websites.
• Visual Design: Design banners, icons, infographics, and other digital assets that enhance user engagement.
• Cross-Platform Optimization: Ensure compatibility and smooth performance across various browsers and devices.
• SEO Integration: Apply basic on-page SEO strategies including metadata setup, content optimization, and page speed improvements.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose web features, layout options, and improvements to enhance user experience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure web designs are aligned with brand identity and messaging.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot design-related issues and recommend user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Web Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of web design experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Basic PHP or JavaScript framework knowledge.
• Understanding of hosting, domain setups, and site migration.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Google Search Console.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: PKR 40,000.00 – PKR 50,000.00 /per month
• Working Hours :( Timings are important part of this role)
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
