Web Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer (who knows Elementor program) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our web presence, ensuring that our sites are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and accessible. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, responsive websites that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences through wireframing and prototyping.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
• Utilize graphic design skills to create logos, banners, and other visual elements.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
• Work with front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Ensure web accessibility standards are met across all projects.
• Manage content using various content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, web design, and technology advancements.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for graphic design tasks.
• Strong understanding of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq for creating prototypes.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies including email marketing (Mailchimp) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 360).
• Familiarity with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to drive design improvements.
• Understanding of usability principles and best practices for responsive web design.
• Experience in front-end development frameworks like Bootstrap or Less (style sheet language).
• Strong typography skills and layout design capabilities for effective visual communication.
