Technical Skills

• HTML & CSS – Ability to create responsive layouts and style web pages effectively.
• JavaScript & jQuery – Basic interactive elements (sliders, modals, animations).
• WordPress – Installing themes, customizing templates, using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery.
• Shopify / E-commerce platforms (if relevant) – Basic theme customization, adding products, layouts, and banners.
• Basic SEO – Understanding of on-page SEO, image optimization, meta tags.
• Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator – Ability to work with design files and create web-ready assets.
• Basic knowledge of CMS – Can work with content updates and website management.
• Responsive design / Mobile-first approach – Must ensure sites work on all devices.
• Basic animation / CSS transitions – For micro-interactions on web pages.

2. Design Skills

• UI/UX basics – Understanding user flow, wireframes, and design hierarchy.
• Typography & color theory – Good grasp of fonts, color schemes, and branding consistency.
• Image editing – Crop, resize, and optimize images for web.
• Wireframing & prototyping – Ability to create simple wireframes and mockups.
• Attention to detail – Pixel-perfect designs and clean layouts.

3. Soft Skills

• Communication – Understand client/manager requirements and feedback.
• Problem-solving – Quick fixes and creative solutions to design/development challenges.
• Time management – Ability to deliver small projects independently.
• Team collaboration – Can work with developers, content writers, and other designers.

4. Optional but good to have

• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly design
• Familiarity with animation libraries (GSAP, AOS)
• Basic understanding of web performance optimization

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
