Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive, user-centered websites and landing pages optimized for conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
• Create design systems, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Maintain consistency in layout, typography, and branding across all digital platforms.
• Conduct UI/UX audits and recommend improvements for better user experience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

Strong Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in website or UI/UX design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind) — strong plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify design customization.
• Solid portfolio showcasing real, live projects — not just concept work.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design and page speed optimization.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and time management skills.
