Job Summary :-

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will design, build, and enhance websites that deliver an exceptional user experience. You’ll combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of front-end technologies, usability, and responsive design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and functionality.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate site structure and user flow.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design.
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch for design and prototyping.
• Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to improve design experiences continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a web designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (knowledge of frameworks like React or Vue is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and creative abilities.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics).
• Basic understanding of back-end development or ability to collaborate with developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Graphic design or branding experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
