Job Title:

Web Designer ( 1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1 year of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, a strong understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) principles, and hands-on experience with design tools and front-end technologies.

The role involves designing visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web interfaces, working closely with developers, marketers, and content teams to bring digital concepts to life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and update responsive websites, landing pages, banners, and email templates
• Convert design mockups into functional HTML/CSS pages
• Collaborate with development and content teams to ensure design consistency
• Optimize website design for speed, performance, and SEO
• Ensure designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and usability best practices
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and front-end technologies
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines
• Maintain design documentation and follow design guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 year of hands-on experience in web design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap preferred)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
