Web Designer

Pronota is looking for a talented UI/Visual Designer who can bring digital experiences to life through clean, modern, and user-centric design. This role is perfect for someone who understands both UX structure and high-quality visual design, and who enjoys working across websites, landing pages, mobile apps, funnels, and dashboards.

Responsibilities
. Create website wireframes based on branding, user flow, and project requirements.
. Design high-fidelity mockups in Figma or Adobe XD with a strong focus on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
. Build visually appealing landing pages and funnel designs that support marketing and conversion goals.
. Design intuitive mobile app screens and user dashboards with a clear UX approach.
. Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate ideas into functional designs.
. Use Adobe Photoshop when needed for image editing, asset creation, and visual enhancements.
. Maintain consistent styling by following brand guidelines and design systems.
. Deliver design assets, UI kits, and component libraries for development handover.
. Iterate based on feedback and ensure pixel-perfect execution in final deliverables.
. Stay updated with UI/UX trends to help improve Pronota’s overall design quality.

Requirements
. Strong portfolio showcasing website layouts, mobile app UI, dashboards, and landing pages.
. Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and high-fidelity design.
. Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop for graphics and visual treatments.
. Understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, and component-based design.
. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have
. Experience in designing for SaaS or service-based platforms.
. Knowledge of design systems and prototyping.
. Ability to prepare dev-ready UI assets and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
