Web Designer

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing modern, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, knowledge of UI/UX principles, and proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design responsive website layouts, landing pages, and UI components based on business requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using Figma / Adobe XD
• Collaborate with the development, content, and marketing teams to execute design ideas
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all web pages and digital platforms
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and great user experience
• Stay updated with modern design trends, UI/UX improvements, and web standards
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and usability insights
• Maintain design guidelines and asset libraries for internal use

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web functionality (preferred)
• Ability to design for both desktop and mobile (responsive design)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
