We are building out our web design division and are looking for a highly skilled Web Designer who can take ownership of website projects from concept to launch.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant room for advancement as we scale. The right candidate can ultimately grow into a senior leadership or department manager role.

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Web Designer / Front-End Developer who is confident working across multiple platforms and can also build custom websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for designing, developing, updating, and troubleshooting websites across a variety of CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites using:
• Custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom themes)
• Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and other CMS platforms
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly layouts and optimize for speed, SEO basics, and accessibility.
• Set up and configure Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and tracking pixels.
• Assist with conversion tracking setup for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot website errors, plugin issues, DNS/domain problems, hosting configurations, etc.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams on website strategy, user experience, and funnel flow.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates, deliverables, timelines, and support.
• Manage multiple website projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Contribute to developing internal processes, templates, and best practices as we scale the web design department.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in web design or front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with WordPress and at least one other major platform (Shopify, Squarespace, or Wix).
• Ability to build full websites from scratch as well as customize CMS themes.
• Experience integrating tracking through Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, CRO, funnels, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Must be reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and event tracking.
• Basic graphic design or UI/UX understanding.
• Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, or lightweight back-end work.
• Experience managing website projects for agencies or multiple clients.
