Web Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Designer with strong creative and technical skills to design clean, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, the ability to create wireframes and prototypes, and experience in building intuitive navigation flows that enhance user experience.

You will work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and deliver high-quality, optimized, and accessible web experiences across devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, responsive, and modern website layouts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using design tools.
• Build intuitive navigation structures and ensure user-friendly interaction.
• Collaborate with developers for smooth and accurate implementation.
• Ensure websites follow UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.
• Work on WIX, Webflow, ClickFunnels, and other website-building platforms.
• Support basic front-end tasks using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Optimize existing websites for responsiveness, speed, and design consistency.
• Maintain design documentation and version control when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5–2.5 years of professional experience as a Web Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop (PSD), and other design tools.
• Hands-on experience with WIX, Webflow, ClickFunnels, etc.
• Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design flows.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices.
• Understanding of web animations and micro-interactions.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
