Web Designer

Job Overview
P23 Consulting is seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining high performing websites across our portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, understands user experience fundamentals, and can support ongoing marketing initiatives with clean, modern, and brand aligned web execution.

What You Will Do

• Design and maintain WordPress websites using Divi and approved brand standards
• Build responsive, user-friendly layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and image optimization
• Maintain organized site structure, intuitive navigation, and accurate content
• Create landing pages that support campaigns, seasonal events, and promotions
• Troubleshoot layout and design issues and coordinate with developers when needed
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team to support priorities and deadlines

What You Bring

• Experience designing and managing WordPress websites
• Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
• Proficiency with Divi or other modern page builders
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices for site structure and content
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools
• Basic HTML and CSS experience for design adjustments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work on site in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multi-location or hospitality-focused brands
• Experience supporting rebrands or new site development
