About the Company

We are a growing, mission-driven organization operating at the intersection of healthcare, faith, aesthetics, and community impact. Led by an established dental entrepreneur, our portfolio includes three distinct yet connected brands:

• Stewarding Dental Network – a faith-centered professional network supporting dental practice ownership, growth, and stewardship
• Manifest Your Smile – a national dental conference and education platform focused on leadership, mindset, and transformation
• Rose Aesthetics – a modern dental and lifestyle brand blending excellence, design, and purpose

We are in the early stages of launching these brands digitally and are seeking a talented intern to help bring their initial web presence and visual identity to life.

Internship Overview

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to help design and structure three websites from the ground up. You will work closely with leadership to translate brand vision into clean, modern layouts that can later be refined and developed further.

This is an ideal role for a student interested in web design, UX/UI, branding, digital marketing, or entrepreneurship, who wants real-world portfolio experience and exposure to executive-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design initial website layouts and wireframes for three brand websites
• Collaborate on brand direction, tone, and visual identity for each platform
• Assist with site architecture, page flow, and content placement
• Support creative strategy for future digital marketing and growth initiatives
• Participate in feedback sessions and revisions with leadership

Mentorship & Learning Experience

This internship includes direct mentorship from senior leadership and a project manager with extensive experience in business development, construction project coordination, and brand launches.

You will receive:

• One-on-one guidance throughout the project
• Real exposure to startup strategy, brand building, and client-facing work
• Constructive feedback focused on professional growth and skill development
• Insight into how purpose-driven organizations scale responsibly

This is an active mentorship environment, not a passive task-based internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, UX/UI, or related fields
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Webflow, or WordPress (experience level flexible)
• Strong visual instincts and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly in a remote setting
• Interest in faith-based, wellness, or healthcare brands is a plus
