Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, UI/UX principles, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building interactive web interfaces
• Hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and jQuery
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Foundational knowledge of UI/UX design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to convert wireframes and design prototypes into fully functional web pages with attention to detail
• Experience in following design systems and maintaining visual consistency across products
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers and designers
• Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging design trends, tools, and best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive performance across all devices and screen sizes
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements based on feedback and analytics
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, scalability, and SEO readiness
• Stay updated with the latest web design standards, tools, and technologies
• Conduct design reviews and suggest improvements based on real user behavior
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design libraries, style guides, and component systems
