Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing visually engaging, responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, along with a good eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling. Experience with photoshoots and image editing will be an added advantage.

You will work closely with developers, marketing, and content teams to create modern, user-friendly web interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into clean, pixel-perfect HTML code
• Ensure websites are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Maintain consistency in UI/UX design, branding, and layout across projects
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
• Create and edit graphics, banners, landing pages, and website visuals
• Support product or brand photoshoots and optimize images for web usage
• Improve existing website designs for better usability and performance
• Test designs for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Web Designer
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards
• Experience in image editing and handling photoshoot assets
• Attention to detail with strong design sense and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic knowledge of Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS-based websites
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices
• Experience working with marketing or branding teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
