Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design engaging, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands UX/UI principles and can translate business requirements into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams
• Ensure designs are optimized for usability, performance, and accessibility
• Maintain brand consistency across all web assets
• Update and improve existing website designs based on feedback and analytics
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred)
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Portfolio showcasing web design projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
