Job Description

We are a growing company specializing in car parking shades, modular tents, tensile membrane structures, steel fabrication, and RCC foundation works across the UAE. We are looking for a creative and technically strong Web Designer to design, maintain, and optimize our company websites and landing pages.

The ideal candidate should combine strong design sense with practical web skills, focusing on lead generation, branding, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain company websites and landing pages
• Improve UI/UX to increase inquiries and conversions
• Work closely with digital marketing & branding teams
• Create responsive designs for desktop & mobile
• Update website content (projects, services, images, case studies)
• Optimize website speed, structure, and basic SEO elements
• Ensure brand consistency across all web assets
• Coordinate with hosting providers and manage basic website security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, IT, or related field
• 3–6 years experience as a Web Designer
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress (themes, page builders, plugins)
• Proficiency in Adobe XD / Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Good understanding of SEO-friendly design principles
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing websites for construction, steel, or industrial companies
• Knowledge of landing page optimization & lead funnels
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console
• Ability to create simple banners, icons, and web visuals
