Duties>

• Develop innovative website layouts and visual designs using digital design principles, ensuring aesthetic appeal and brand consistency.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
• Implement responsive web design techniques to optimize websites for desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional websites through front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and web development best practices.
• Enhance user experience (UX) by conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing web analytics data from tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.
• Maintain websites through content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring web accessibility standards are met and websites are updated regularly for security and performance.

<Skills>

• Expertise in digital design, graphic design, typography, layout design, and visual design principles. Must also process very strong communication, writing skills and some journalistic experience.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design (UI/UX), usability testing, information architecture, and web accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3 (and SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (and frameworks like React or Angular), PHP, MySQL or SQL databases.
• Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq), prototyping software (InVision), and graphic editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize website visibility and performance metrics via Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress or Drupal for website maintenance and updates
• Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 for data-driven decision making.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.54 per year
