About Us
We’re a marketing team focused on building high-performing websites for clients across medical, local service, and professional industries. We’re looking for a Web Designer who not only creates beautiful designs, but understands how to design for conversion, clarity, and user experience.

If you’re someone who cares about spacing, layout, hierarchy, and typography — and you understand what drives users to take action — this role is for you.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Web Designer with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Your primary responsibility will be to create web page mockups, landing page designs, and layout concepts that look great and perform even better.

Development experience (WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, etc.) is a plus but not required. Our internal team can handle implementation — we mainly need your Figma (or similar) mockups and your strategic UX thinking.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality website and landing page designs using Figma (preferred) or similar tools
  • Build layouts optimized for clarity, readability, and conversion
  • Apply CRO best practices including:
  • Clear above-the-fold structure
  • Strong CTAs and CTA placement
  • Proper spacing, white space, and visual hierarchy
  • Mobile-first consideration
  • Trust elements (reviews, badges, social proof)
  • Simple and intuitive navigation
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to understand page goals and user flow
  • Provide design recommendations to improve user experience and performance
  • Create design variations when A/B testing is needed
  • Hand off designs to the dev team with clear notes and guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern web design
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused design
  • Ability to communicate why a layout works — not just how it looks
  • Strong grasp of spacing, visual hierarchy, and typography
  • Ability to create designs that guide users toward taking action
  • Bonus: Experience working with WordPress, Elementor, or Webflow (not required)
  • Bonus: Understanding of heatmaps, user behavior, or Google Analytics

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Detail-oriented and thoughtful
  • Understands both user psychology and design principles
  • Can explain their design choices clearly
  • Thinks strategically and creatively
  • Enjoys collaborating with a marketing team
  • Values design that performs, not just looks pretty
