Web Designer & Google Ads specialist

Crypto 1 Property Investment, one of the leading real estate agencies in Abu Dhabi, is expanding its digital team and seeking a skilled Web Designer & Google Ads Specialist. This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who can design high-converting websites and landing pages while managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads. The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with a data-driven approach to digital marketing and has a proven ability to deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web design and Google Ads management
• Strong portfolio of websites and landing pages focused on conversion and user experience
• Proficiency in web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
• Ability to track, analyze, and improve performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate experience is a plus
